| How Atmospheric Water Generators Work: ∞ Outside air passes through an efficient air filter, which purifies it by removing dust, pollen, mold spores and other air borne particulates ∞ The moisture is condensed from the outside air on “food grade” coated coils and collected in a Ultra Violet (UV) protected chamber ∞ It is then stored in a holding tank which is continuously ozonated to ensure that it is free of contaminants ∞ As needed, water is drawn from the tank, filtered through a Volatile Organic Chemical (VOC) carbon filter and then passed through the germicidal Ultra-Violet (UV) sanitation light ∞ Water is ready to be dispensed hot and cold through indoor water dispenser units that can be placed anywhere drinking water is needed |

FILTRATION SYSTEM Unless specifically requested or required by a project, the water generators come with our advanced multi-step water filtration system  |
1.Recirculation and delivery pump -constantly re circulates water in storage tank and delivers water to point of use (POU). Has built-in controls that protect pump from running in zero-flow condition 2.Sediment filter -five micron string wound filter the removes suspended solids from water 3.Carbon filter -removes organics and oxidants from the water 4.Pressure gauges -show the inlet and outlet pressures of the filter cartridges. Change the filters when there is a 10 psi increase in the difference between these two gages. 5.Germicidal Ultraviolet Unit-the UUV chamber allows filtered water to be exposed to high levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. UV treatment disinfects water and prevents buildup of bacteria. 6.Ozone injection -ozone gas is drawn into the tank re circulation stream through an eductor. Ozone is a very strong oxidant and provides a residual disinfectant that keeps water in the tank free of any biological growth |
